THE MAIN MAS
Expansive Space: Spanning an area of 285 m², Le MAS unfolds over three distinct levels. Ground Floor Delight: On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious kitchen and dining area that comfortably accommodates between 12 and 14 guests. Furthermore, there is a pantry complete with a second refrigerator, freezer, wine cellar, ice machine, and a laundry room featuring two washing machines and a dryer at your disposal.
An additional living room with two sofas and a large TV is located adjacent to the dining area. Finally, the BAJA room (14 m²) and its bathroom (shower/WC) complete the first level of this beautifully renovated building with taste and high-quality materials.
The 1st floor consists of three bedrooms: CAMARGUE (25 m²), with its integrated bathroom (shower/WC), AFRICA (14 m²), and PITCHOUNE (11 m²). These last two rooms are connected and share a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The configuration is ideal for parents with children. Still on the 1ᵉʳ floor, you will discover the large living room! Beautifully appointed with a lovely fireplace, it is 4 metres high and has a video projector. It’s all yours for movie nights or football nights with friends!
Exquisite BOREAL Suite on the 2nd Floor: Finally, on the second floor, you’ll encounter the BORÉALE Suite (34 m²) with its splendid bedroom, cozy sitting area, and exquisite bathroom (shower/bathtub/WC).
Outside, you’ll enjoy a 100 m² terrace with a shaded pergola (dining area for up to 14 people), a lounge area with a suspended sail (seating for 10 people), and a second lounge area with an umbrella (seating for 5 people). A summer kitchen with a bar/sink/plancha and barbecue is also at your disposal.

Bike Storage
Our fully covered and enclosed space provides secure storage for your bikes. With specially designed racks installed on the floor, you can store up to 10 to 12 bikes safely and conveniently. Your cycling equipment will be well-protected throughout your stay. For your convenience, a water faucet is located nearby for easy bike cleaning. You can use this facility to wash your bikes after your outdoor adventures, ensuring they’re ready for your next ride.
Fitness Center
Additionally, you have access to a well-equipped fitness room and an infrared sauna to help you stay in shape and unwind.
Parking
The residence offers parking space for 5 to 6 cars within its premises.
Cleaning Fee
Includes: laundering and ironing of linens, cleaning of Le MAS and its outbuildings, maintenance of the green spaces, cleaning and checking of the pool levels. Rates: 350€ for the Mas and Annex, and 450€ for the Grand Mas.
TOURIST TAX
Please note: The tourist tax applies only to adults (18 years and older). The tourist tax is 2.50€ per person per night.

(deposit):A security deposit of €2,500 (in cash) is required upon arrival.
